How to treat the under eye Tear trough, get rid of tear troughs in hollows naturally without fillers.
Tear trough can be seen as a deep groove and
are often found to have dark circles under the eyes
which often make the face look tired, sleepy or sad.
As we age, our skin become thin. The substance under skin loss volume.
The eye socket bone recedes and the central surface (Midface) is sagging.
All processes cause a groove under the eyes which may aggravate with the protrusion of the bags.
Tear trough can be classified to 3 level
Level 1: shallow groove limited to tear trough.
Level 2: the groove became deeper and extended laterally.
Level 3: the groove became deep and extended full.
Remediation methods include filler injections, fat injections,
and another method by massage to correct the reduction of tear trough.
Let's get started.
Start from washing your hands first.
Step 1
Place your finger across the ear and massage for 10 seconds
to stimulate the lymph nodes behind the ear to work better.
Use fingers to massage in a circular motion the wing of the nose and massage moves up to the top of the eye.
And drag it down to the wing of the nose, do 3 times
Step 2
Apply eye cream and tap on the under eye area with your fingertips.
Use your fingertips to massage around the eyes 5 times.
Step 3
Use index finger to press on the wings of the nose and press and extend 1 centimeter with the other forefinger
Move to the center of the eye. Do 3 rounds.
Using your index finger and thumb, squeeze the cheekbones up and down to the lower jaw.
Do 3 rounds to help smoothen the skin.
Do the other side as well.
Finished, always do it once a day and you will have bright eyes.
