Thank you. Very helpful. If the interviewer asks you what your hobbies and interests are what is the best answer to give them ? Which hobbies and interests are red flags, which are safe ? If you can pick up on the employers political ideology how far should you go as far as telling them what they want to hear without going overboard ? Should you approach interviewers of different ethnicities all the same or should you make an effort to find out what they would most likely want to hear ? Anyone who says this is “evil” doesn’t understand. It’s evil that I can’t get a job
I just read that the reason they ask you what your hobbies are is so they know that you’re not involved in things that keep you from focusing on work. They suggested painting or gardening but I have to know enough about those things to appear passionate about them. Can you think of a hobby that I could say I have that wouldn’t require me to learn too much about it specifically ?
