This is one of the most helpful videos I've come across - this is extremely powerful for marketing results. I can now for example, track and optimize for calendar confirmations after redirecting the user back into the bot and still fire the pixel.

Hello. So I just discovered this video (amazing by the way). I am trying (and have been trying all day lol) to figure out how to fire the pixel without using a redirect URL. I don't want to send the user to a URL as I am trying to fire pixel events throughout the flow (building entire sales funnels right inside of Manychat). Have you figured out a way to do this without the redirect URL? Like maybe using an external request module or using MC as the integromat trigger and then doing something fancy with a webhook response? I've tried a few things, but I'm not super savvy so I've failed. :(
Ok, so is it possible to do the same thing, but fire a pixel event from a button, without ever leaving the messenger app? Ideally I want to run FB ads that go to my chatbot, and when people say/do things, it can trigger a FB Pixel Event (like pageView or something), without having the user leave the message flow. I would be setting up my ads to optimize for this pixel event (optimizing delivery of the ads to people who say/do certain things in the chat).
Unfortunately you can't. You can technically trigger the pixel with an external request action, but it has no context because there's no facebook user info inside the bot - it's all PSID based at that point. You can add users to custom audiences from inside the bot based on actions and then target lookalikes from those.
