As the mother and grandmother of many..... I have always told them they are unique , I do not love one more than the other but differently because they are all unique individuals. An extremely profound statement that I realized early on in my life.... I think this might be one of my favorites...

I remember when I was under ten years old and I fought with my mom, it felt like she was arguing against my existence; my perspective wasn't allowed. I didn't understand why she was yelling at me to claim something that wasn't true, wasn't my authentic experience. I had repetition compulsion, with men who eventually also treated me as if my perspective was not real. I was so confused about why they weren't in the shared reality. It was always about power and control, and I believed there was some form of love inside of them, because that's what I was raised with. People who do not accept themselves, are never going to accept anyone external, either. It didn't matter how much love I had for any of them, not a single one could have seen it.
Simply beautiful. Sober 15 months and am working through all of this and I am profoundly and fantastically affected by all of your messages, podcast interviews and am so looking forward to your book. It can still be challenging or perhaps my ego likes to still hold on to the 40 years of bullsh*t (lol), however each day I am stepping more into myself, celebrating myself & others and enjoying each moment just as I am and creating beyond that. yeah man, the guy got some unique qualities. he is at a very high frequency level... therefore he is compassionate happy free at peace etc. namaste my friend
I need to learn this so I can teach my four kids... When you mentioned having reverence for a baby all I can think about is how I have thwarted my kids.. I'm trying to understand life so I can get it right and be an example to my kids

Well put Peter! We start life at the moment of conception with unlimited potential. As Debbie Ford noted, we change from a 1,000-room mansion of potential, become acceptance-seeking machines and by the time we're an adult, we're a 2-room bedsit that needs a bit of work! It's taken me almost 30 years on my own inward journey to loosen those shackles, and although some of that presented pain that I thought I couldn't endure, in the letting-go process I've come to realise how much lighter and freer I feel. Thank you for your messages and all you do in the world.🙏

That's funny you mentioned Joe dispenza I just finished months long marathon of watching everything I can find on Joe Dispenza night and day listening and now I stumbled onto Peter
I'm so grateful for people like you Peter who helped create documentaries like Heal and these RU-vid uploads sharing wisdom because the transition from fitting into the social mould to breaking out into our own truth within the universe is a path that was very testing for me and dangerous actually because fear is a social glue so firm and to unstick requires so much self trust and patience. It wasn't easy but the worth and overall outcome of doing it exceeds the imagination. I'm so grateful, I feel child-like again, all the conditioning and pressure just fell away. I'm still figuring out how I show up for others now without falling into old traps. But I have a knowing now that I will transcend difficulties a lot quicker and smarter with this new clear sight. Another thing I noticed after overcoming was a sense of peace like a boundary all around me and what I would have taken seriously in the past in terms of perceived ducks in a row type lifestyle is well gone. It's more free fall now and entertaining actually...thus fun. And we are here for a good time not a long time as the saying goes. So we needn't be too serious...love to you Peter and to all.
Thank you. I do honor my life and know that I am enough when I am conscious, centered, and during meditation. I know that going inside and experiencing the vibration of my existence is where peace is, but saying that to others seems unfair especially if I do not tell them specifically how to go inside and find that peace. The title says "How To", but I only heard a simple answer, which is love yourself. It is a truthful answer, but for people who are not as evolved as you are I think it is difficult. Learning to process, practice, and manifest abundance and love in a person's life is something that I hope will be included in your upcoming book.
