On a pushing mower what size socket you use on spark plug

Still always check the gap before installing

I am using same machine. Last time after mowing , I cleaned deck by tilting left for about 15 to 20 minutes. Today I started it. It did start but there is change in sound and it was not running at full speed . As I feel sputtering. I changed oil too and fill gas but it was same. Any idea what would be issue and how to fix it?

Nothing wrong with that spark plug and the oil looked pretty clean?
