Hey, thanks for this video. I signed up for the vault, but it's impossible to find the worksheet on Dr Tara's video in there... Is there any way to search for it?
I liked the reminder of not putting negative into our brain.. I read a scary book recently for a day & was totally off.. definitely need to throw in trash!!
So tired of starting over. Turned 56 on the 11th. I need to stop learning how to be a people pleaser I have sacrificed to the point of I am financially trying to dig out I want to start a commercial lending business and bookkeeping and I just feel like maybe my days are done I don't know every time I get ahead I get behind. I have my horse that I love or I should say loved to show every time I think I'm getting to the point to showing again I end up having to sell everything and starting all over again. I keep telling God I'm ready for my wings.
