Aight so, I haven't used this account in a *long* time but I'm happy i decided to come on a trip down memory lane because wow have you changed for the better. I used to love watching your videos because they always helped me out a bunch and here you are helping me out again even though it's for a completely different thing. You've come a long way from 12k and I'm super happy to see that you're still here doing a great job. Never let anyone discourage you for what you do because this entire channel that you've built is amazing
Oh interesting to see this pop up again. I got it several years ago from a music shop and they were incredibly helpful and I love that I can also plug it into my phone.
Try working with 40 through 60 percent in windows with no other sort of added gain and 50% on your mic. Gain right in the middle. It makes the mic sound much better. And is best for noise cancellation. Even FiFIne themselfs reccomend these settings. Ofc then you can add all of your processing. I keep it simple, RTX voice, yes Im lazy.. lol. Great video!
san thank you so much i was gonna buy the razer siren mini for 50 dollars but this is a lot better because it comes with a boom arm and cover thingys so.. thanks again :D
I gave it a like few minutes in, as you mentioned a lot of things I wanted to know, then i kept on watching and I enjoyed it so much i wanted to give it a like again lmao
As of May 17, 2022 neither Reaper or the Berton denoiser are free anymore. That being said, you can write your own price with the denoiser, but the reaper software costs $60+
I think the Fine mic is dope. The bundles cover most of the price ranges and all look pretty good for the price. I would like to win as I have the traditional GAMER mic. Anything would better than my current mic setup right now.
Just bought this! The biggest issue is that it picks up a lot of background noise which is somewhat remedied with Nvidia RTX Voice and using a lower volume.
mic review finally woooo.... though i already have a røde podmic that i never use xD (as in i dont intend to enter the giveaway) oh and note if you decide to use the arm with a heavier mic it might break because the thin metal will bend, at least thats my experience using a mic weighing around 1kg
What Audio Technica and Røde Mics have you used? Was thinking of getting either a AT2020, NT USB or a MXL 990/991. What do you think is good for that price range?
Its crazy how good the Mic is regarding sound quality, I've been trying to kick off my twitch and RU-vid by investing in a decent camera, and I won't be able to fit a decent Mic into the budget so this'll definitively be beneficial for getting it started. I'm also in the SAN discord :)
Seriously helpful info. I'm left wondering if I could achieve 'some' of your software technique using Audacity? Appreciate the effort you put in to make this video.
Hi! Great video btw! I just recently bought the same mic and I was hoping I could get some help how to keep the settings in Reaper every time I turn on my computer
Is it psbl to connect the mic directly to a speaker thru USB cable & listen to what we sing at home or in a party instead of recording and then listening
I have 2 questions for you sir, and hope you find your time to reply it 1) What is your keyboard in the video? 2) What is the soundcard at the right corner? Thanks
Hi I just recently bought this mic but I'm facing some delay problems. whenever I speak the sound reaches my headphones late and I'm not sure how to fix it. I use audacity btw.
If you use the reaper plugins, and download vb cable, do you need to keep reaper open for the plugins to keep working? I would just like to make my mic sound better on discord, but wouldn't want to mess up my computers performance while playing games by keeping reaper open all the time
Well, reaper doesn't use much resources like other programs. It opens fast and you barely have much plugins so I think youre fine. VB cable is just a plugin. It can be used anywhere for outputs.
I just bought this mic I haven’t bought it yet but I see alota people saying it sounds bad on discord is there anyway to make it sound better in discord because that’s mainly what I’m going to be using it for. Thank you for any help San!
I stopped those kind of videos. I don't know if your'e in my discord but its active (kindof). I did play MC this year which was fun, but dont see myself return to my old videos. I feel much happier doing this that I like currently. But who. knows : )
Hey San, just wanted to see how you’re doing as last time you streamed you didn’t seem to be doing amazing, it’s okay if you aren’t comfortable sharing. Hope you are doing better by now
Doing 1000% better. Thanks for being in the past streams finja. Thanks for asking me that. Hope you're doing well in life. : ) Glad to see you're still in this community I've build. Planning things RU-vid-wise.
Hey if I install these plugins is this gonna change the Sound of the mic in every program like discord or just in reaper? And if it does not is there a way that that works?
@@marcusmejia7951 YES its like not picking some words or syllables sometimes unless i raise my voice and its so annoying ! i thought at first that my mic is faulty but its discord. if you find a way to improve the quality and stream it to discord without a problem tell me pls
@@TheGameDealer Discord has voice activity setting, where you can select, at what Dbs you want the mic to pick it up, so you have to change that in settings
