Did you know you can turn those pesky invader bush and weeds into valuable feed for your animals?
Utilising plants that would otherwise take over your land or be cut down and left to rot / burn.
The process of getting this done is simple but labour intense and all you need are a few machines at your disposal. The machines are once-off costs and can be used year on year to produce valuable and nutrient-rich feed for your animals.
This is an extremely valuable process, especially if there is a drought in your area.

• Top-quality feed can be produced from plants that are seen as weeds.
• The feed is harvested from your land, at no cost.
• Your land is cleared from invader bush and weeds, creating space for new grass to grow.
• Firewood can be produced from the bigger branches.

The steps for converting bush into feed is
1. Cut down the trees.
2. Transporting the trees to a designated spot
3. Chip the branches into wood chips
4. Put the wood chips through a hammer mill to convert them into fibre.
5. Put through a pellet machine ( a combination of molasses, wood, maize, soy etc.)
6. Pellets are produced and can be bagged and stored to us as animal feed.
