Had to come back, re-watch this video and report back that this practice has changed my life! I was trying to generate magic in the mundane daily activities of my life and this is how it’s achieved. I bless my coffee when I stir in my creamer, bless my dishes while loading the dishwasher…it’s addictive. I am full of joy, gratitude and inspiration. My mom always told me to count my blessings- which is great, but the gratitude never lasted. But by blessing everything in my life I have truly blissed out and turned everything into a blessing: objects, people, circumstances, obstacles and frustrations are no longer annoyances but opportunities. You are at the top of my blessings mountain-a true life changer and life saver for this soul and I thank you from the bottom of my heart

When I saw this video, I literally knew it was what I needed for my mindset. I had been feeling so ill and like a victim to a situation that involved me friends. It left me feeling bitter and upset thinking I don’t treat others badly so why am I getting punished for being kind while those people are enjoying. However, I realized this is from the ego and not the heart. Mentally and physiologically I felt like I wasn’t myself. After sitting through my emotions and trying to heal myself I still found myself being bitter. I felt like blessing them, though I still felt hurt, helped me feel better and feel peace. It’s baby steps but this mindset gives so much inner courage and videos like this help soo much !

This day is my first time ever watching your videos, and I'm so glad I did. I'm feeling so blessed right now and relieved of all the baggage I was carrying on me for a very long time. I've been going through financial difficulties, being a single mother, having bills to pay, and people depending on me, etc. This morning I woke up feeling so low, asking myself when things will ever get better, wondering how I'm gonna pull through this challenge that I'm facing. This video has reminded me that I am truly blessed in my life. Instead of panicking or feeling bad about having to take a few days off for my mental health, it has shown me that the people at my job value me as a friend and employee to where they allowed me to take care of my mental health first and are willing to work with me on helping me when I come back. I’ve been internalizing everything about everything that has happened and all of this situation, feeling like I’ve been alone in taking care of everyone. I’ve realized that I’m not alone at all. The universe has my back and sometimes I just need that reassurance to help me to keep going. It’s shown me that this situation has prepared me for the blessing knowing I can thrive being on my own when I move out. And that even though what I want for me and my family hasn’t come to fruition, it’s because the universe has something better in store for us. I’m gonna keep my head up, even though it’s been tricky. Good lord, This has been healing that I’m crying right now.

I understand this more than I can articulate! I lost my mom and 2 of her siblings this year (2021) and I too am just receiving that being allowed time to heal. It is the most noble show of value a company can do for an employee! Keep pushing and travailing if that is necessary for now. Thank you for this gentle reminder!! I don't even realize all the good that's going on around me on a daily basis because I'm just going going, but I noticed all the truck service workers and their trucks might be parked in the way but there's somebody making deliveries at least. I'm grateful for the lines in the road so that people don't crash into me. Red lights keep traffic civil. So much goodness around us.

Lovely conscious practice 🤍 I’ll share a little of my learning from this… Sometimes I find I’m eating with people who are not vegan and do not feel for the animals, and in this situation I silently send love and healing to the souls of the sweet cows who went through suffering for the cheese and the beautiful chickens who suffered to bring them eggs, and any other animals who were involved in any part of their meal or way of life. After this message from you Leeor, I realised I would like to also bless the humans consuming the other animals’ pain, I realised I can forget to do this, I get so focussed on the other animals and not the humans’ suffering in this practice, so now I say: may they release the pain they consume from the suffering animals, and the pain they carry that leads them to consume other beings, be forgiven, and be blessed with love. Love fosters love, and is good for all beings’ wellbeing 🤍🤍🤍 I also enjoy sending blessings to people who pass by, if I see someone in pain I say: if they are open to receiving this, I send them a beautiful peaceful love and healing energy. If they feel particularly dark, I’ll do it for a few more minutes or so, just in case they are open to receiving it. I’ve just thought, maybe sometimes a stranger sees me and does this for me too. I know cats who pass by do this. Thank you 🙏

I absolutely affirm everything you said in this video and I practice this on a daily basis. I practice being in constant communication with God, asking, recognizing, thanking and even doubting which brings confirmation and synchronicities which starts the process over again.
