Thank you! This is something that I struggling with. I’m doing a lot of things out of my comfort zone. I push through the negative thoughts by doing it anyway. But these points on transforming fear into fuel will change my thought process when the thoughts come up.

I do have fear of failing, fear about what others may say. These comes as when I left school, I was a great student. But my college days were terrible and I occurs failure again and again, even in my effort to do business. But I never give up, and keep listening to videos like this. Thanks for the help.

Meta, fear is the sign of mind, without it our ancestors wouldn't survive. The key is to understand what does this fear tells you. Normally, it tells you about POSSIBLE negative outcome and lack of resources like money/ knowledge etc. So, define what's missing and strengthen that. And keep going, 80% of success is psychology, you will win!

Thanks for the great video Mr. Tracy, My biggest fear is the one of failure. I have the feeling that, for example, if I begin to learn drawing, I'll fail because I don't have the "talent". Plus, some people around me tell me that I'm not good enough, that there is a good deal of very skillful people out there, etc. These remarks are sufficient to smash my confidence. I'm working on it and, gladly, it's a little bit better than in the past. Indeed, the worst case scenario is that my drawing would be bad. Maybe it's not that terrible after all.

Thank you so much for your videos. They are always so inspiring, and the people who comment are so positive and grateful, it's very nice to see. My biggest fears: Fear of not "making it" in life, of never having enough money Fear of not having enough for retirement (I'm already very, very behind) Fear of dying alone, but afraid of relationships because the others have not worked out Fear of not being important, of not having an impact on anyone or anything in life -- I guess those are different than fears that hold me back from taking action, just the opposite, actually, but those are all fears that keep me mentally paralyzed in general so I play life very safely. I never would have predicted that this is how I would be in life.

ca mez I am the exact same way. All of those fears are on my plate now (The no retirement money is so scary! And no medical insurance). I have some money that I want to invest. So I’m going to do my due diligence and risk only what I’m willing to lose. If I lose it I’ll make it back again later. And as for retirement. I’ll try to set myself up by then. If not I’ll just be happy with what I have and that I had the courage to venture into the great abyss.
