Man... I really like your videos... you asked what else we want to see.... so... I would like to see more instruments projects... maybe a mandolin!!! that's a lot of carving for the top.... maybe a acoustic guitar with those iron wood for sides,back and scale...
You might put some runny superglue inside the knob to polish the drill hole. Heat from a soldering iron tip might also work but would be tricky. A drop of activated resin might work painted in the hole. You could do that when you are setting up some more castings. Acetone, xylene, dichloromethane, or another solvent might work as well.
