Yeah.. moving back to samsung. I just couldnt use my phone for two weeks as i had to wait for the account recovery as the number I used for this verification is not active. And guess what, I couldnt change that number either as I had to get this phone repaired, neither did their website allow me to log in to apple id. It really feels like Apple purposely makes their devices as inconvenient as possible. Why would they asume I have a second phone number or other apple device? If we cant turn this off at least dont make the recovery such a pain.
That’s whats happening on my phone now, i know the password but i don’t have the old number now im stuck with this stupid trusted number. Which i’ve already forgot
Another reason NOT to buy iphone.... good luck to recover your account if you re lost your ph abroad and try to access your email ! Privacy settings should be fully controlled by user not Apple.
I done a update actually two updates on mine and it came back on with it turned on!! I didn’t turn the SOB on!! And i can’t get the damn thing turned off now!!
@@sdufg Yes, I had to contact Apple’s tech support. It’s really a shame that I had to go to such great lengths to just to turn off MFA. They want total control.
