Slowing down when you talk would be helpful & is there a way to turn off only RU-vid TalkBack as far as when I ask for a certain type of video it always repeats what I say like a frickin parrot.

Just to help those who are struggling with this annoying voice. It's the Google app assistant, all you can do is disable the Google app. It'll save u the headache of trying to find these settings especially if you don't have it in your phone model like A04 or A5 etc.

It may be the demands the app puts on the phone, or another issue... Maybe there is a setting to lower graphics quality though.
