I'm pinning this comment because I addressed this in multiple comments but I'm still receiving comments about this. Disabling HPET in bios and windows are completely DIFFERENT things. Never disable hpet in bios as it can lead to timer issues and desync your system. Disabling hpet in windows however doesn't disable hpet as a whole and is practically useless, it just prevents any issues from happening.
Disabling HPET just causes instability on modern hardware and should be kept on or at least benchmarked to see if it gives a boost in FPS and latency. The whole premise of turning it off started when people reported lower 1% lows and FPS with older than 9th gen Intel CPUs. So overall it is worth benchmarking it if you have a slightly older system but for most modern hardware just keep it on. You can change your timer resolution for a boost in fps and latency anyways.
Can you make a video on extreme optimization through interrupt affinit policy for every device and do the comparisons on latencymon. Because in latency mon my highest interrupt latency is too much
Disabling hpet in windows is completely different than in bios, disabling in bios will cause severe issues, disabling in device manager is either useless or prevents issues
