I found something strange. Recently, I visited my country and installed TikTok there. In my country it’s not banned. I was using Apple ID of my own country. Then I returned back to China and noticed TikTok was working properly with the VPN. So try asking any of your friends back in the country to install TikTok using your Apple ID. Then in China, you use same Apple ID and download TikTok. Connect to a VPN and start browsing on TikTok. Hope it will work.
