I've tried so many times even get a new phone but wechat is not working, I can open an account but unable to invite my friends which is very ironic. I'm frustrated why WeChat is very hard to have when all I wanted is to communicate with my friends in China.
After several attempts i was able to submit the selfie video verification but never succeeded getting beyond that bc it says they couldn't confirm my identity,I had no choice than to reach out to NCK MYTHSS1,he was able to kick the hackers out and get me back into my account
hi, i try to log in my old account and it says "protected" due inactivity. also i did a new account and try to send friend request to my old account but i got "unable to add this user because id does not meet the requirements of the wechat acceptable use policy". but before this when i used my old account my friends can added me there but now why can't? one of my chinese friend helped me by verify my old account but still the same thing. if i want to recover/unfreeze my old account back can i change my id wechat but with same password ? or does my old account got suspended ? i really need my account back 😭

There's no simple "yes-no answer" . All you need to know is once account blocked before, there would be more risk. Phone number, Device, IP, WiFi all matters

Hi, I'm afraid you can't unblock it without any verification. Try to create a new one and have some "real friends" who can help you when account blocked.

Unless you have to change. But before you do that, please backup WeChat history and WeChat contacts manually. And let your WeChat friends knowing that you may need their help if ur WeChat blocked.

My issue is this... In 2017 my Wechat was blocked but the thing is that I do not remember its password but my ID yes, I even have the bank card which I linked by then. The problem is that when I contact Wechat team they send me stupid and useless email instructions which do not work. So how can I unblock wechat profile of which password is forgotten?
