Videos like these are ironically both necessary and unnecessary; I buy a new bike every 6 months to a year, but ain’t got time to set it up anyway so I mostly just throw it to a mechanic to do the set up instead. Because let’s be frank, our time is better spent on other things than bike maintenance.
Learning is always valuable, so your time is worth spending at bike maintenance. You save both time and money as well as having some confidence in your own abilities. It's never wise to mock learning, because you're only mocking yourself.
