I have one of these at work..maintaining a large building. I put a sharpie mark on the case for every drain cleared. Sinks mostly, a couple floor drains... Up to 34 after blasting a dish sink in the cafeteria. Love this thing.

Ya man I love it and also your drain tab system! Mine has only cleared 10 or so but a few I wouldnt have gotten without it. Take care buddy!

This comment makes me happy, looking into one of these for my hotel. What are you using to cover up the overflow drain on the tubs? I can’t remove the covers because the screws for the covers are rusted and snap.

@@drainspluscan you build a demo with a 5’ run of pipe (drain arm), going into a tap tee, and see how many times you can get a cable to go down in the right direction.

So my question would be let's say just a regular sink is clogged due to hair or something stuck in the p-trap area of a sink would it be handy to have this tool? I'm not a certified plumber but I do a lot of renovating maintenance things of that nature and deal with a lot of clogged sinks and stuff like that would it be handy to have that or stick with my auger??

if it’s a clog in the Ptrap why not just take it apart and wash it clean? As a plumber i definitely use this tool a Lot. for smaller drains (lav, mopsinks, kitchen lines, toilet/urinals, tubs/showers) it saves me from unpacking the larger drain machines from the van and really does cut down on cleanup too! it’s surprisingly great on battery life as well, but it doesn’t replace a classic auger or drum machine by any means. i look at it as a second attack tool. honestly just go to your hardware store and buy a RipCord (tons of different brand names: just a long piece of flexible plastic w barbed teeth along it) for simple hair clogs in lav and tub drains. it’s a 5$ tool that does wonders and lasts a while. if that doesn’t clear it i follow up w the airsnake, then the drain machine.

Whats the max you can set this to? I've been thinking about getting it but have been on the fence. The majority of my tools are m18 but I do have a handful of m12 stuff that is by no means " weak " , I guess I just want a bit of user input before purchasing one.

It's a great tool... Saves me breaking out the "real" snake quite often. I'd guesstimate about an 80 percent success rate.

50 psi and pros and cons but def has its place on my van! Does great in super cold weather too lol.

All my tools are m18. But I'm definitely gonna try and get this thing. Just had a grease problem at work yesterday. Would've loved to have had this to try.
