Thanks Coach, i been doing the toe towel curls consistently now and my ass is aching... i think its normal, coz i undertsand ur videos BUT do i need to stretch my ass or just leave it, the ache is as if ive done a work out, but I HAVENT ;) I proved to myself u know what ur talking about by getting sensation in my ass from doing towel toe curls (i hope ive named it correctly)

Start with the basic 3 HFT, if you need help with identifying the exact fascia weakness, book an assessment.
