The last thing about pulling down faster is something that confused me. I thought it was the same pull regardless of distance and I was confused why I was getting inconsistent sprays, now I know why.
actually u dont need to pull down faster because the further away the target is the more vertical difference you get at a certain angle if that makes sense. it should be pretty much the same imho
Austin worded it really badly. You pull down the same amount to control the spray, but at really close range spray control doesn't matter as much because your target is much larger hence there is more room for error. (At point blank you will still hit the target even if u don't pull down because the enemy is taking up your whole screen). At long range the target is small meaning that you will have to FULLY control the spray perfectly to consistently land shots.
The spray doesn’t change based on how far away the target is. But it’s more forgiving to spray at a closer target, so the amount you pull down matters less, so you can get away with not pulling down enough.
the pattern of the spray is same everytime but each individual bullet can deviate ever so slightly where ever so in that sense theres RNG in spraying, just like there is inaccuracy when you shoot a gun. No gun in cs is 0 inaccuracy including the awp so technically in every bullet you shoot in cs there is a "luck" factor. I feel sometimes people in cs forget this entirely, they wonder why their ak one taps at long range dont hit even when they are perfectly aimed to enemies head. But sometimes it can even help you, you can actually be aiming ever so slightly off from the enemys head but you get the headshot anyways because of bullet randomness
IMO the most important for a good spray is that the five first bullet had to be as close as a dot as possible. In a duel you haven't time to shot 20 bullets
hi bro, can you make a video to determine what is the minimum recommended internet speed to play cs2? like 2mb down and 2mb up or if you need more than 10mb or 20mb to have a stable gaming experience.
I need coaching cause I cant seem to pin down how hard or not to pull down, when it comes to recoil trainer I cant control it well, Im just that bad at it
it'll become muscle memory after a while, just need to know that you pull straight down first 5 shots, 6th and 7th shot you pull right slightly, then pull left kinda hard for 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12th shot without pulling down anymore... after the 12th shot you will have to pull right again, but honestly you should have gotten a kill by then and reset, if your spraying more than 10 shots and not getting a kill, you got work to do.
@@itsmeitsme1771 after pulling down, youre gonna wann pull left pretty hard/a lot for 4 bullets then pull back to the right but way slower... you'll get the feel for it if spray enough.
It also should be said that this is the VERY easy part of spray control. Anybody can get spray control to this level pretty easily and most players have spray control this good. That does NOT mean they rival pros though. The real mastery and skill level of sprays comes from spray transfers. Being able to seamlessly transfer between targets while keeping your spray within that box is the hard part and something not many people train.
I think his last point has more to do with your cone of accuracy than the recoil of the gun. I think what he means is the closer you are the margins you are confined to are much larger than if you are further away. The actual recoil pattern isn't actually changing based off of distance, rather what's changing is how "precise" you have to be. On a technical level, you can think of the recoil pattern being projected outwards into the distance as little slices. Eg 128 HU, 512 HU, 1024 HU ect.
because of distance... not hard to understand at all... bullets travel along a certain trajectory... the 4th bullet from an ak may only be half an inch above from where the first shot hit if you are close, but if you are farther, that half inch becomes a lot more because its angled up... hope that made sense.
Well, it was that precise back in the day. Then, from the patch that they nerfed the tec9, the spray and buffed the tap reset time (nerfing spray accuracy and reducing the time to wait between taps), it was 2017 I think, to now, the game has become a accuracy mess, people run and jump shooting and spray control is all over the place due to bullet variation. So fuck that, CS was much better before.
