The lowboy trailer wasn't able to get into the driveway, so we decided to unload the Hitachi 200 LC excavator off the side of the trailer that was parked on the shoulder of the road.
Make slow, careful movements... and be sure to stay away from obstacles like power lines. Use the bucket to take some weight off the tracks so you can spin the excavator in place. Then use the bucket to lift the front of the tracks and drive off the side of the trailer. Once the tracks are safely over the ground, lower them, spin around to the opposite side and push down on the trailer, taking the weight off the back side of the tracks. Track forward until the back of the tracks clear the trailer and slowly lower the tracks to the ground.
