How to unload truck in 30 seconds | Dirt | Gravel | Mulch and more! Quick and easy

Quick video showing how we unloaded 10 truck loads of dirt in 5 minutes with no dump bed or expensive equipment. Took a old trampoline cover and a 6" wide strap + a 20ft tow strap. Blocked the rear wheels on the truck and pulled it out with ease! You can tie the strap ta tree or anything sturdy and just drive off and will work just as good incase you do not have 2 trucks available. Picked this dirt up for free locally off Facebook market place and was lucky that the guy had a tractor to load it up. Thanks for watching!

Not too shabby. Harbor freight sells a bed emptying net for about 50bucks. It requires some cranking, it's not as fast, but is easy to use. And you only have about 1200-1400lbs of dirt there. I've been hauling 20yards of dirt recently with a pickup so I've got a calibrated eyeball! lol

Adding the strap underneath the tarp is the answer! I tore up so many tarps trying similar methods, they just aren't strong enough for the 2000- 3,000 loads 🙂

I guess a piece of carpet can be used too? but I would take the tail gate off for sure... good idea even if do a "V" shape with the straps from underneath to have 2 points to pull from... thanks

What you came up with is up there in the ideas - I even wondered about three pieces of thick wood with rollers but I do not think that would work unless there was a space between the rollers and the rocks as they would block the wheels from rolling. Your idea is top rate although I am not sure where to get a trampoline top - hahahahaha - very cool thing you came up with - - -

A spring removal tool and 10 minutes and you can get one just about anywhere. Joking lol

You definitely could make some type of heavy duty rolling platform to roll out the back of your truck. That's a good idea. Might have to pull it out of the rubble afterwards though and would have to be light enough to put back into truck

Big metal stake and sledge hammer. Hammer stake into ground behind your truck or trailer, tie the rope tight that you have attached to the tarp, trampoline or?! Slowly pull forward as they did with second truck. If you want it in one area, stop after the first portion goes out, back up to where you started, re tie the rope tight again and repeat!

Harbor freight sells a material unloader for like $50. Similar concept. Takes me about 30 secs to unload a bed full of material. I use it for compost

If you took that strap and wrap it around anything sturdy you could just drive your truck forward making it a one truck job !

That works perfect. We used to do this with big branches and rotted trees for the burn pile. We would strap it to the burn dumpster

Would you help me with a question. I do not know how you pulled it out but I do not have a second truck to pull. I am in the middle of a large brick chip base laid to be covered with existing ruby red stone. I am injured, I have someone who can load buckets or a wheelbarrow but I need to bring several loads of brick chips to dump to keep him or them busy. Thus the question - with out another truck to pull and having to drop the material into a growing pile - do you have any ideas what I could do - rather stuck here. I am not supposed to be doing this stuff but of course we all do. I just need to get a load of brick chips out to a pile and go get another. Thanks so much

Got any trees near by??
@frankc6430
@frankc6430 2 года назад
if no trees can probably hammer down 3ft or longer( depending of how soft ground is) hd spikes or thick rebar ,like tent stakes and anchor your straps ...you need a anchor point for sure.

I finally bought a tractor and will try using a trampoline mesh on my goose neck to try unloading 3-4 yards at a time. Well better get off RU-vid now before I get more ideas.

Not sure how to answer correctly - or know how to write me like you wrote me - thanks by the way. There is a tree off to the side a big. I just re injured and old injury - and being able to drop a load that fast would be a blessing - to a pile - cause I could make all the runs and have a bunch ready when the young guns come to help me spread it.

Hey no problem! I would get some 1/2" rope and a pulley and hook it to that tree. Only other thing I could think is a about a 4ft steel bar hammered into the ground in a angle facing the opposite way of your truck and tie off to that some way. Thanks for checking out the video and take it easy!

U don't need 2 trucks or an open field. Attach the strap to a stationary object and drive forward. Same effect

@frankc6430

you just need a sturdy anchor point even if you have to use 4ft stakes into the ground then pull them out with a car lift or what ever it takes
