How to UNLOCK 2014-2019 Impala seatbelts 

By removing the latching parts, the belt now comes out easily, but it will NOT latch when it is needed to prevent possible serious injuries. The latch parts need to be in there.

I think you just showed how to destroy a seat belt mechanism.

My impala doesn’t have that bolt in the center panel at the top please help me out
