But my Bluetooth speaker devices are not showing in my tv Bluetooth list. Even though I I toured on the Bluetooth Plz tell me what to do

On my Samsung smart tv .... settings,info,mute and power.this method work...but the problem is after that my tv screen is start to flickering like screen is going on/off and when I off the option it's working properly..buti couldn't use Bluetooth option because of this problem.
