Codewalker version: (example: 30 dev 32)
Zmodeler Version: (example: 3.2.1)
What you have tried so far:
Issue description:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Install the latest CW release from the CW discord in #releases: / discord
2. Open up RPF explorer and make a desktop shortcut for ease of access
3. Turn on edit mode
4. Create a folder in GTA5 folder with an rpf inside it dedicated to stuff like this
5. Drag your model files into the RPF along with the YTD
6. Right click on non _hi model, in some cases both and export as XML to desktop
7. Right click in CW RPF Explorer window and import the xmls you just exported
8. Open up zmodeler3 and import the model and make backups so this doesnt happen again!

great to learn something ... thank you very much! it is a little short explained that the user have to SAVE the notepad opened xml file before it will re imported to the yft file in rpf editor but maybe that is cuz I am not a native speaker ... (and u have to copy the edited yft file to an explorer window again) but maybe also this is common for experts like you ;) so ... THANK YOU for that inside! and grz also to Shogun ... good written!

Locking is done through export options on zmodeler.

in some cases, models in Zmodeler are nice, but in Blender they have holes, e.g. missing bumper. what's the fault?

Make sure you are importing the Highest quality model to blender, you may be seeing the LOD versions which may have missing parts depending on how they are made.

Use the link of the CW's Discord and grab a dev release and then open the RPF Explorer from there. Had the same issue and that fixed it.

Hello. Thanks to you, I have managed to modify the 3d models of the helicopters from the avatar movie to my liking. But of course, when exporting them in OBJ they weigh 89 bytes, there is no model or anything. They always have a skeleton in DAE but there is nothing else. some help?

Can you edit the windshield and windows' ability to tint via this method and editing the model of the vehicles? I have a car I want to be able to have the front windscreen tint but the existing model doesn't do it.

Yes, this is possible. In order to edit the tint you need to use the vertex paint brush in zmodeler, paint the window vertices white on the RGB setting, i believe the closer you get to black, the less powerful the tint is.

You do not have the latest version. Go to their discord, get the latest version and it will work.

Ok, it appears your file may be encrypted or corrupted, I don' think there is any way to fix that!

Make sure that you have the vehshare loaded in your Zmodeler and also make sure that your YTD is in the same folder as the YFT.

If it's through FiveM or Tebex, this will not work with those files. They have a proprietary encryption system that I think has yet to be broken. Hope this helps.

Yes, I can open the model in these programs and view it. The problem is that I can't import this ydd into zm3. He indicated that the file was damaged and could not be imported.

Have you tried the method on a different file to see if it works? If not I suggest you try that to see if that model is somehow corrupted.

I'm getting this message error when I try to export the vehicle: Collision object "chassis [COL]" has no associated bone or geometry. It was ignored as it can't be used on its own. To get a YTD you can create a blank one in openIV and import the textures from the Z3D project into it. To export textures from Z3D you must go to the texture browser and go from there.

Hi there, I am not sure what you are referring to. You should not get any HTML files as a result of this method, only XML. I also do not go over using Blender in this video either so I am not sure what your issue could be.

I have an issue i am able to get the YFT unlocked, and the model opens up fine in zmoddler but before i do anything to the model, the models police lights mess up and either dont align anymore or are all over the place. Ive tested this without any changes, just unlocking does it. Any reason this would happen? Or how to prevent this?

Make sure you are trying to drag it from a windows file folder, I dont believe CW will accept files directly from a winrar archive or something like that.
