The first thing you need to do is install and activate the WPCode plugin on your website. Check out our step-by-step guide to installing WordPress plugins for more details.
Upon activation, the plugin will add a new menu item labeled "Code Snippets" in your WordPress admin bar. Clicking on it will bring you a list with all the custom code snippets you have saved on your website. Since you just installed the plugin, your list is empty. Go ahead and click the Add New button to add your first custom code snippet in WordPress. #wordpress #wpcode #plugin
This will take you to the "Add Code Snippet" page. Here you can choose a code snippet from the pre-built library or add your own custom code. To add custom code, click the "Use Code Snippet" button under the "Add Custom Code (New Snippet)" option.
You must first enter a title for your custom code snippet. This can be anything that will help you identify the code. Afterwards, you can copy and paste the code snippet into the code field. Make sure you also select the correct tag type from the drop-down menu on the right.
