1. Switch to regular Green Goblin
2. Go to the helicarrier
3. Go down the Helicarrier's elevator
4. Try to switch from regular Green Goblin to Ultimate Green Goblin as soon as you start getting teleported inside the helicarrier. If you can't, switch to UGG once you are inside the helicarrier, then switch back to regular Green Goblin. it will take about 30 seconds or less, maybe a minute.
4. (Other Way) Depending on the version of the game you have, you might need to use Thor and Classic Thor instead. Switch to regular Thor and then charge your hammer (on Playstation hold circle) while you're doing that switch to Classic Thor, and it should take as long as the other way. In this way, you will not need to go to the helicarrier.
