UPDATE: With the recent railgun nerf, it seems that unsafe mode is more necessary to get higher damage and now it will have a noticeable impact vs chargers

How come no one tells us the point on the charge bar to aim for? everyone is a bit vague

Saying "fire before the meter gets too high" is unnecessarily vague. "Too high" is precisely when the meter is full.

Maybe I am not getting direct hits but it’s usually taking me two unless they are already weak from something else
