I have the same washer with a stuck filter plug. Did what you showed in the video and found a colour catcher cloth, collar stiffner and vape mouthpiece. Now as good as new. Thanks so much ❤

I have removed the black pump pipe and there was a type of cloth in there that i presumed was a filter cloth? is this part of the filter or should it be removed? Also i can not unscrew the white filter screw! I've tried continuously and it wont budge! ive yanked at it for hours and it just wont pop out. any suggestions would help massively! Thank you

Top top tip, found a bra wire! Used a strong metal clamp to turn.
