@@No-one12339 Release it in production..if production is unavailable then you should run a closed testing with minimum 20 testers for 15 days after that production will be enabled and then publish

you can have live ads in closed testing itself.

Your Android App Bundle is signed with the wrong key. Ensure that your App Bundle is signed with the correct signing key and try again. I face above error while uploading an app even I use same '.jks' file which I use in last build.Please tell me the solution of this issue.

Might be wrong alias or password was entered. Or jks file was corrupted. Please check the file properly.

My application has been released. But I was focused on the APPLICATION SUPPORT section which attached the application email and Play Console main email. Can you hide your play console main email so others can't see it? another reason so that my Play Console account is not hacked by irresponsible people

I have some Doubts!!😢😢😢😢 ... mam, Kya Agar Humne app ka 1st version Just Testing ke liye play store par publish kiya .. yek desent virsion. 20 testor ke liye .. or testing hone ke bab hamane kuch din mai app ka real virsion upload kiya ( update karke ) ... to kya ? udate karake bhi hame testing karna hoga app ? ya fir , direct publish ho jayega? ... pls answer me 🥹🤗

You can publish to production directly as long as your app test version and real version has the same package name. But I suggest to test once again with at least 5 to 10 testers by uploading to closed testing(You get pre-launch report also to confirm your app quality).

Hello mam, i completed my closed testing of app with testads, now i have changed the testids to real ids and also fixed minor issues in app. So now how can i send updated app for production production rather than old version. Should i create a new release again?

Yes. Create new release by changing the version code and update to production.

Mam, while update my app My app has crashed and throw this error "Exception java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Tried to end span DeletedContactsSync#sync, but that span is not the current span. If the error is related your app functionality or app dependencies, then you need to fix them in the code and release the new bundle.

I had published my app last year end Now I update latest version to play console I didn't do close testing directly released to prod I can see the update option in play store when I try to update app gets download but while installing it throws error like can't install my app... Try again Kindly suggest a solution

Check your device storage space. Apps won't be installed if the device has less storage.

@@ashwink-ut1wq If you already have an app (beta/testing) on your device and if the signature is not matching also, it won't install. Delete the app on your device. and try again to install.
