How to update the firmware of your Tronsmart Apollo Bold? 

just bought this last week and and this is a BassHead certified TWS Love this! Good job tronsmart 👍

We want constant updates and seriousness towards us buyers. We are supporting you and raising the Tronsmart name to you. We deserve an app service as excellent as that of the famous brands; This will take you to the top.

With all my Android 10 - Devices I had no success with the firmware update (Samsung S10e, Samsung Tab S6 Lite, Redmi 8), all Android 10- Devices. But with my old Medion-Tablet and Android 8.1.0 it was possible to download the new firmware and install it it on both buds. I hope this can be a hint to find the reason for the problems with the android firmware updare, that Tromsmart can fix it for all who dont't have the possibility to use older hardware and older android version for firmware update

it took almost 4 months to wait for an update of the tronsmart application ... Hope we have more frequent updates and new features in the future ... including adding Aptx LL and Aptx Hd via OTA firmware update.

Buds are already connected but Apps is searching the buds and not able to connect with APP

I just updated to the recent firmware 1.2.4 Since then my left ear bud has lost about 30% of volume in comparison to the right ear bud. The quality is the same but i barely hear anything from the left when in high volume, is there a way to reset this? Would really appreciate the help since i've been loving my pairs of Apollo bold.

I had many, many failed attempts, but after carefully ensuring neither earbud was connected to my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) I took just the left earbud out and connected it to my phone opened the app and did the update successfully on the left bud. I then placed the left back in the case where the right one was charging, ensured there was again no Tronsmart earbuds connected to my phone I pulled out the right earbud and connected it to the phone, opened the Tronsmart app found the right earbud and successfully updated the right bud. Finally I placed both earbuds in the case and pulled them both out as well as trying them individually and in all three different scenarios, both buds, left separately, or right bud separately, the Tronsmart app registered they were updated to the latest firmware. In previous attempts with both buds out of the case and connected to the phone the app would either say the firmware update failed or passed, but as soon as you reopened the app again it would display that the old firmware was still installed. In the end though when I was very careful as stated above I was able to get them both to upgrade. This is the worst firmware upgrade process I have ever seen from any device little own truly wireless earbuds and is something Tronsmart needs to address in the future simply putting together a RU-vid instructional video to a convoluted, non intuitive process is not enough to say it's solved they need to address the problem and make it seamless in the future no matter if you have one or two buds powered on and connected as this product is intended to primarily be used as a pair and rarely used a single one at a time. Its a start Tronsmart but you have some more WORK to do!

keeps saying download failed

I am using Samsung a70 and I tried upgrading the firmware for several times and it says download failed every time. Please help.

Using samsung A70. OTA "download failed" is what you get after going through all the steps. Tronsmart please address this.

I can confirm it fails to upgrade when using Android 10, used Android 9 and works perfectly.

Good morning I did update on android the left headphone turns on and after a few seconds it returns to power on again while the right one works well how do I restore it? It is not even detected by bluetooth

Am using S10e and I downloaded the app from play store but I get the error of download failed although I follow up all procedures above

Update failed on my Samsung Note 10 but was finally able to update firmware using my old Note 8

Android version doesn't work for firmware update at all. But iOS or iPad OS version app works fine. Hope this hint helps you, guys.

Holy piec of crap, after update i have serious issues with the connection, in some cases the left earphone dont sounds when i take it out of the case and vice versa with right earphone, this is fckn piec of sht , i throw my money in the trash

No pude actualizarlo con mi equipo Xiaomi pero si lo pude hacer desde un equipo Samsung. Si les da error al momento de actualizar, prueben reiniciando los audífonos.

I am getting left bud failed to sync issue after updating the firmware where the audio comes out only from the right bud. Not sure if it is a bug in the latest firmware update. Not recommend updating the firmware. :(

Impossible to connect the left bud, after the 1.2.4 update, have tried anything. Reset does not work but for the right one. Totally deception, nice sound, but really a shame from the poorest Software I have ever seen. I cannot recommend them anymore! It's not worth the good price.

Terrible crap. It's difficult to connect to this on iOS, and updating is virtually impossible. I'm fed up with this equipment.
