he pushed the button on the wifi antenna. no help if your antenna doesnt have a button like mine lacks

a pic at any-cast.com/pages/user-tips "upgrade firmware" number 5 shows where the button is for some/newer devices. takes 6-8 minutes it says and do not interrupt power.

make sure you use the attached cable. it has a wifi antenna. a normal usb cable won't have that.
