Other video shows that you don't need to remove bumper at all. Otherwise great video.

I don’t think so. This was introduced with the new iQ Light with new Tiguan Facelift.

we make it ourselves, but the transfer line can not work alone, because we need to do some programming on the headlights.

I bought those lights and didn't work, they are giving me error messages on my dash. Where can i get the transfer lights? There is any decoder or something to avoid the error?

yes, we need wire harness kit and do some coding inside the headlights to avoid the errors and other problems.
