JEF file is a file type created by Janome, not supported on Apple you'll have need a microsoft programme

How do I get it to be a file like that I only have jpeg pad pdf png tiff

Mine askes me to put a code in on my dot customizer app but I don't have anywhere to put it in ?

After all these steps , I clicked my collection and it was nothing in there ......

After I select Export the Customizer icon does not appear. What can I try please.
