【ABOUT ME】
Hi, I'm Layla from Japan! I'm so happy to be a part of your Japanese learning journey!!
I love sharing my language and culture with people from all over the world. I also love watching people study new languages. I learnt to speak English using Podcast and RU-vid videos on my own. So now I really want to help Japanese learners to speak Japanese with my videos!!
いつもありがとう!これからよろしくね!
Layla

You might've not noticed the bottom bar explaining exactly when/how to use it, but basically て when くて when for an い adjective (い→くて or いい→よくて で when for a な adjective (な→で) て for verbs whose past tense would have a た at the end (た→て) And if you mean you don't know when you use it vs just not conjugating at all, maybe it's the equivalent of adding "is" or "ing" to the adjective or verb. I think it's "present participle" or something so basically it would be something you use to describe something or something that *currently* has those attributes. "He *is* good look *ing* " meaning he currently looks good, that's the current state of his facial features I'm not sure if it's 100% accurate how I explained it but hopefully someone else who's native can step in
