I love this! As someone who has bullet journals, I know all about making your planners. Pre-made planners work great for some things, but for others, I just use my bullet journal, as I can make it to my needs.
You've made my day. I've been on the fence about waiting for a specific planner to launch it's update for months now...... This has made me realize that I'm just too selective to waste additional $$ on planners that just don't work for me- they just don't. I usually resort to a cheap simple year planner from whereever and then I print a ton of items to create my own. I'm moving on and going to take this as an answer to create my own. Thanks so much. BTW- I too, have at least 20 tabs open right now- drives others crazy, but I've got this!!! You understand right?! 🤣❤🤣
I did the same kinda thing for my meal planning and recipes.....I love it and use it all the time....took some work to fit it to my life but man does it make my life easier......going to make a home/planner next....great video!!!
I made one of these years ago bc I needed sections and a place to brain dump! Has worked ever since. Thank you for all you share so often on your channel. I occasionally dwindle down on my subscribe list, but your channel is one I'm always excited to watch as soon as you post!
Love how realistic your planner is and doable! I bought one and I ended up making it so complicated that I just tossed it. Going to use your suggestions and make my own. (My kid walked by and yelled out "deep clean Bean...What's wrong with Bean?!". I'm sure Bean is fine!
Yeah, I've done that before, too! I love watching people plan with fancy stickers and planners but that just doesn't work for me. haha Yes, Bean is fine but her cage gets messy soooo fast!
I also use spiral binding from Office Depot, laminate seasonal permanent pages, and or spiral punch sheet protectors for changes. One can still use any regular planner inserts or not. Just an idea ☺️
I think we might be planner twins. My personalized planner is gold to me after so so many years of other planners not working. I finally got it set up this summer. I am stupidly happy about this!
I’m all analogue for planning, writing to me is not only soothing but helps log something into my memory. Looking for to seeing what you use. * Love your setup! So functional. Have you considered an A5 ring binder? Almost half the size with a clasp and much more portable. Nothing more flexible than a ring bound system. 👏
In the times before the fashion planner craze, this would have been called a home management binder. Not really a "planner" but kinda. Definitely what I started out with before I actually figured out a planner system that actually worked for my brain.
I'm hoping to do a video about how I do my deep cleaning. It's sort of a modification of Fly Lady but much more relaxed. Would you be interested in that?
It's really just a mixture of things I found for free online and a few that I made. I made them in Picmonkey, but I'm not sure how to link them since I'm not very tech-savvy! lol
