I love how at the end of the video when the fan is supposedly balanced they are running it on low speed so that it won't wobble. I haven't had much luck with balancing kits.
Then you most likely have an issue with the box in the ceiling, mounting bracket, or poor installation. Or your one the blades could be loose or not tightened down as much as the rest.
