how to use a defy washing machine 

@FikileMsibi-h5n EI means Error so Try turning off the machine and unplugging it for a few minutes before plugging it back in and restarting it and also check if all the valves are connected properly

E1 means water intake is very slow, or the filter of the inlet valve is clogged

@PuseletsoPuse-xi6tm you should have it checked but before you do check Lid/safety switch, the drive belt that connects the motor to the drum if the belt is worn,broken,or have slipped it won't spin also check drainage problems and if the problem persist then you should have it checked

They are bad washers read reviews on hello peter and i got refund on mine . 8kg and 14kg have mechanical issues

I also have a problem with draining my machine is sitting with water which I don't know how it got there.please assist me.

Mine did the same i had the 8kg model in the dtl 165 manhattan grey top loader !! 😢 Suxed out water in the middle of a wash Would not work on the 15 mintue quick wash and the play button would flash !! The 53 auto wash did the same !! I had my washer unit 9 months and i fought for a refund out of the return 6 months CPA!! Defy sent me a new unit and it was faulty right out of the box.. The retailer gave me full credit and now i have the LG 7Kg direct drive and i paid in the diffrence❤ Im sooo happy ! I now have washer unit that works❤

Hi bought. Mine 2days ago and it jumps back to rince after I. Put on spin. Even when I want to airturbo.

I don't know the amount of noise but even mine too so I think it's normal but if the noise is too much then you should have it checked
