No experience with this lift, but did see it weighs in at 3400 lbs (maybe more if that was dry weight), so with 14" tires you might be able to pull it a short distance on a flat smooth surface, but doubtful if on soft, bumpy, or angled surfaces. For reference, a 18' fiberglass boat and trailer is near that weight, if so inclined to check your abilities.
