Thanks! I brought this from a yard sale full of returns from Walmart. The attached return receipt stated that it was damaged which I didn't notice until I got home. I was just about to trash it thinking that it didn't work but then decided to come to RU-vid for some troubleshooting tips. Thankfully, I did so because I found that all I needed to do was push the tray down and it worked like a charm!

I was afraid to break the plactic of the tray by pushing it down, so I looked up the video thinking it maybe had to do with the ABS button, definetely should have been included on the instructions!!!

I've seen 2 other videos before you and neither one mentioned about the back tray. With step to step instructions, I expect it to be step by step and no stone unturned! I like they thinking we are Morons.
