Operating Instructions:
Single Impression Technique:
1. Prepare the Tray: Inject FlexiGum Heavy Body material onto the impression tray.
2. Take the Impression: Place the tray carefully into the patient’s mouth, ensuring the material flows properly.
Working Time: 2 minutes to position the tray accurately.
3. Set the Material: Allow the material to set (approx. 3 minutes 30 seconds).
4. Remove the Tray: Gently remove it once the impression is fully set, achieving a smooth, precise result.
Double Impression Technique:
1. First Step Apply FlexiGum Heavy Body material to the tray and place it in the patient’s mouth, positioning it correctly in one smooth motion.
2. Allow to Set: Let the material solidify for 3 minutes 30 seconds.
3. Second Step: After the heavy body sets, inject Light Body material around the hardened impression. Its thinner consistency ensures all fine details and contours are captured.
4. Final Set: Once the light body material sets, gently remove the tray for a highly detailed, accurate impression.
