Please do a series on the EMS unit as well. Thanks to you I have learned that our doctor had misdiagnosed my child into using a tens unit. In actuality my child needs to be using EMS not a tens. Thank you for that previous video on the difference between a tens and EMS. Just asking that you would also do a series on the EMS. Thank you.

Help! I’ve had Piriformis Syndrome going on 22 months and Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy going on 6-8 months. I’m going PT 3 days a week, acupuncture once a week, and chiropractor twice a week. After 6 weeks of doing that consistently, plus a Trigger Point Injection in my Right Piriformis, I’m just now starting to get relief in my Piriformis, but my Hamstring muscle pain around my Sits Bones is bad. I feel like a string is sewn to my hamstring and someone is yanking the string downwards and holding it down. I just know wondering if using my TENS would help. Do you guys have any suggestions on where to place the 4 paddles? It’s been incredibly frustrating because most exercises and videos talk about the lower part of your hamstring. My muscles is unbearably tight where it hits your butt in that crevice. Any suggestions would be helpful. It REALLY affects my sleep. My leg can’t be straight or flat a lot. I’m sleeping with my right leg bent and lifted in the air a bit and it’s ruining the left side of my body and giving me Left Greater Trochantar Bursitis. Any advise is welcome. I’m beyond miserable.

I purchased the dual iRelieve TENS and EMS unit thru your link and can't get the darn thing to work. Very frustrating! It turns on and shows the settings but from your videos I can never see the controller screen to see if I'm pushing something wrong. I really want drug free pain relief for neuropathy in my upper thighs, and so I'm disappointed I've lost 80 bucks. I still love you guys but will reconsider purchasing products you endorse.

I'm not an expert but this is what I've been told. Take a break to walk around at least once every hour. Make sure you are sitting with good posture in a chair with good ergonomic supports and adjustments. It is really the same advice for someone that sits at an office desk all day.
