Has anyone had TENs / EMS actually help? I've been religiously doing tens for several years, and don't think it's done anything for actual pain or injury recovery. It's a nice massage, and helps me mentally relax...but so many people leave comments saying it helped...and I wish I could say the same.
I found out about these from a pro armwrestler who uses these for recovery. He has one of the most injured arms in the sport from 30+ years of matches and if he says it works then it must do something.
My mom has titanium screws in her hip, after hip surgery. (But still has her own hip). I am very indecisive wether TENS is safe to use (read contradictory info) and where exactly to place the pads in this case? Thank you! 🙏
