When making measurements with demarcations, the value recorded should always have one final estimated digit past the decimal point of the demarcations. So this balance should be reported to the hundredths place, not the tenths. Also, she mentions that the demarcations are "milligrams," which they are not. They are decigrams.

The 0.1 increments are not "milligrams" as stated at 2:18. They are 0.1 grams, or 100 mg each. Milligrams would be 0.001 grams.
