Yeah, XOR gate; link both of the levers and touch triggers to the lasers; and make the lever single use if you want the lasers to be deactivated forever. Hope this helped you!
what if you're trying to active a powered block with touch triggers, like when piggy touches the touch trigger, the powered blocks turn on, but it also turns on a timer that after it ends it despawns the powered blocks, how do you do that??

with the NOT gate it leaves selected linked events already on, and linking something like a lever to it makes the linked events that are on because of the NOT gate turn off
you prob know by this point but place it down and choose what to make them say and then choose who is saying it then connect it to a touch trigger or a lever
