I just bought this same package for my kitchenaid. Can’t wait to use it. What is the difference or what are the uses between the 2 sided blade and the 4 sided blade. Also you used speed setting 2 but instructions say setting 4. Why did you not use setting 4? Thanks.
Different sides of the blade, you can choose according to the size of the meat you need to grind out, the more blades, the finer the grind Speed also varies from person to person, setting 2,,meat out a little longer
