How to use and connect My Mazda App to your Mazda vehicle - Mazda Connected Services 

Love it! Can't wait to try it out on my '22 Mazda3 Carbon Edition coming in a couple of weeks.

We are expecting our cx5 to arrive at our dealer within the next week or two. 🤞 apparently the app is due a massive overhaul in the spring where Mazda are planning to add features that allow you to interact with the features in the car such as a/c, heated seats and radio. They are also intending on developing the app so that you can control power tail gate (where fitted) and the windows and lights.

Asinine that the remote start has to go through your phone and shuts off when you open door. Great job👏👏👏

I agree with DA said about the remote start. It is dumb that the car shuts off when you open the door. If it senses the fob it should not turn off. Come on Mazda design right

Do I have to set my heat and air power before leaving the car before the next start ? Or it's already preset cause my car doesn't seems to heat a lot even after 10 minutes and I did my settings before leaving my car. Cx30 2022

I feel like the remote start feature is a waste. I get it if you eat to warm up your car, but its dumb because it shuts off as soon as you unlock the door. Then you have to start it again when you get in your car. I mean, that kinda defeats the purpose.

wonder why the salesman (different dealership than yours) gave me steps to sign up for this with a 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring? I just bought it today and they told me the connect service would work with this car. It does not and I tried to tell them they discontinued it because it was 3g service only. I'm going to have to go to Best buy to get a remote start installed I guess. Great video though:)

Hello, I just bought a 2022 mazda cx 30 basic model, the most economical and I live in Puerto Rico. When I try to enter the vin number of my unit, the vehicle does not register (do you have any suggestions or help that you can give me?)

So, if the Mazda dealership has the code, could they start or shut down the car anytime they choose to? Not that they would but just curious.

Does it work for CX 9 2019 grand touring?

I have a 2019 Mazda 3 hatch...it connects to the app...but my 2020 cx-9 does not. I'm guessing that the 2019 3 has updated electronics (the wider, non-touch version) while the 2020 still has the square touch screen. Lots of oddities. Still, thus far, i cant remotely start the 3. It does send me notifications when the doors are unlocked.. when i park in my garage, for instance, but it does remotely lock it AND it tells me all the details... mileage, gas remaining, etc. My daughter in law has a 2022 cx-5 and has not been able to connect...yet

Sadly, the remote starting doesn't work with manual transmissions... There is no reason for Mazda to disable it if the car is in neutral.
