We need level 1 & 2 settings to be adjustable in app.

Hello , the level 2 can be setting on APP, But level 1 need to set on PC. If you need to set it all on the APP I will report it to our R&D team to update the APP.

"click on the corresponding battery Pack type, a single battery pack or a parallel connection or a series connection of several battery packs." found this in the manual.

@@dubidubi1645 When you have 2 battery pack in parallel , you need to choose " parallel modes. If you just have 1 battery pack then please choose the "series modes. If you need more help for it you can Email to Arica@100balancebms.com. I would like to help you to solve your problem.
