Rule 1: Living + nonliving = 's
Father's car.
Mother's name.

Rule 2: Nonliving + Nonlving = No apostrophe
The House's roof. (Wrong)
* The roof of the house.(Right)

With plural :
लडको का कॉलेज
Boys' college/Girls' college
__________________________________________________________________________
Plural exception :
Women's college/Children's day
__________________________________________________________________________
Rule 3: The/those/this/that+noun+of+noun = 'S
* The advice of matty english is important.

Rule 4: Everybody, nobody, somebody ='S
* Somebody's phone
* Anybody's house

Rule 4 - Exception
if we use else then use apostrophe ('s) with else
* somebody else's advice.

Rule 5 : The+adjective - no apostrophe will be used
