Very very simple and best explanation without words.... first time I am seeing your video very useful thinking... thanking you brother.... keep going to made many more videos...
@@chinmayjoshi3641 You should color the bucket anyway to prevent sunlight getting in (if not stored in the dark) otherwise over time algea will grow and you will not produce methan any more. At least that is what I read (haven't checked it myself)
@@miguelbarrientos1942 Pues se supone que el proceso que tiene es natural y está estudiado por la ciencia pero no sé cómo podrían meter un gas concentrado para que pueda parecer que funciona, así que no podrían haberlo hecho falso
you fill it up. Use soapy water to check the seals weekly and you don't use cheap plastic and round edges to create a seal. Get a bladder and a pneumatic pump to store the gas that is wasted here with the valve.
@@malclaire great info. You seem to know what you’re talking about… so may I ask, do you know what is the plastic line & end pieces called that he used to light the flame with? Thank you
@@InJusticeAustralia medical tubing a drip valve at the top and the plastic piece just looks like a basic connector for the equipment. Probably what hooks it up up to needles or mixing medications. Not a doctor but I've been in a few accidents and have seen them.
@@InJusticeAustralia , that's the attachment they use in hospitals to push into the bottle of RL or Saline solution, the other end is connected to a needle and goes into the patient's body for the drip. Easily available in drug stores. We call it 'Saline set' in India.
Nice work there! I would like to know. Should the inlet pipe of a digester be covered or should be left open after the slurry (cow dung) has been poured into it?
I think the design for the biogas plant has the inlet on a lower level and there is a vacuum left on the upper level where the gas which is less dense collects, you will always find the outlet on top of the covering because the gas is there, the digester must be covered or else the gas would escape
Since the inside end of Inlet pipe is permanently submerged in liquid, gas collecting above the liquid level will not escape. Leaving it uncovered will not decrease that gas volume. Outlet pipe needs a face down elbow inside the container, which this demonstration did not highlight.
@ SWAMI OHM, The guy is correct, the outlet is there in case of dung water overload, the stop valve is there to prevent gas escape from the big outlet. The little outlet for the gas is also correct as it is calked with silicon to prevent leakage and is not submerged inside the countainer. Pressure builds up and escape at the top through the little gas hose. placing the little hose inside the container will negate some of that pressure.
That’s just an IV fluids tubing. The type of tubing nurses use to run intravenous fluids from a bag into someone’s veins. The thing he is rolling with his thumb is a roller clamp.
1. Biogas flame is blue. LPG with out pre-ogygen is yellow as iss this flame. 2. The lid or that jar would have curved or even poped off with the pressure of gas buildup. Sorry but I suspect this is fake.
Dude, it's like 6 parts, some shit, and water.. go try it, then come say how you're a big enough man to admit you're wrong... If you won't try it.. well then don't knock it. I live off grid, our heating and cooling gas comes from our 2 55 gallon drum septic system. A bit more complex than this, but same exact principals... With an inner tube added for gas storage and pressure increase... Ours also runs thru a water bath which ensures our septic system doesn't explode if there's a back flash.. which hasn't happened in the 2 years we've used it
Good but the outlet pipe needs an face down elbow inside the container. Otherwise, when you open the outlet valve, air will flow back into the airtight space reserved for gas.
Hi, just wanna ask how comes the fire never get in? Because you never remove the air inside the remaining space inside the bucket..... Where that remaining oxygen goes?
Disculpa, pero que función tiene en caño adelante y segundo, lo dejas por los 7 días sin tapar, veo arriba que solo queda con lodo la entrada sin ser tapado.
One small doubt, if anyone can clarify it will be great...why does gas not come out from the funnel used for putting waste into the bucket? And after using the gas, how to remove the used dung?
gas won't escape as the inlet opening is beneath the biowaste(dung). The pressure of the gas may gradually push the biowaste out through the inlet,if the gas is not contained with a collecting chamber.
I have seen many biogas and Durutti of them use two buckets one to trap the pressure of the gas in plus the sluice . also you didn’t show us what the tap was for? is that for the run-off .

Thank you for the Video 2 Questions: 1 - Does the funnel Top open after filling bucket through out the 7 days? 2 - What is the use of the red tap at the side of the bucket?
Use of the Red tap here is to let the slurry out in the same 1:1 ratio that was let inside and the slurry can be used as a compost or fertilizer for agriculture. Yes the funnel port is kept open as it is fully filled with the 1:1 ratio of Cow dung and water mixture, when the gas is released through the outlet (thin plastic tube) there is some space released so you can observe that the partially filled dung mixture in the funnel further goes down during the process. This gas is not dangerous , it gives itself room to mix with air due to which it is not dangerous, while the gas in cylinder that most people use will not easily get mixed with air so it seems to be dangerous just for its stay in the surface without mixing with Air.
